This week we have learned about color theory, which was really fun! We got three assignments about color theory which we should upload into our blog before sunday at midnight. The first task which i`m going to hand in now, was to describe in our own words what RGB and CMYK means. The other question in task number 1 was to make use of Kuler and develop four different colour schemes of 1) monochromatic 2) complementary 3) triadic and 4) analogus.
RGB stands for red, green and blue. It is the color model used in additiv color mixing, for example, when we mix green and red, it become yellow, and when we mix blue and red it become pink.
CMYK stands for cyan, magneta, yellow and black. It is a color system which we use in printing and reproduction of papers and so on. The mix of these four colors are enough to create a good photo of an original photo for example.
MONOCHROMATIC
COMPLEMENTARY
TRIADIC
ANALOGOUS
